How Do I Get a Quote?

You'll receive your official quote within two business days.

Can I Check Out with a School Credit Card?
If your school does NOT require a purchase order to use a school/district credit card:

Have your purchasing contact complete the Order Authorization form (delivered via email with the quote).

Send the order authorization form and proof of tax-exempt status via email.

Allow 3 business days for processing.

You will receive a checkout link and online invoice via email.
Can I Submit a Purchase Order?
If your school/district requires formal Purchase Order procedures:

Request a quote and share it with purchasing to create your PO.

Send the approved PO and proof of tax-exempt status via email.

Allow 3 business days for processing.

You will receive product access and invoice via email, payable by credit card, ACH, or paper check.
How long is my quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 45 days.
How can I request changes to the quote?
You can reply to your quote email requesting changes.
When will I receive access to my subscription?
Typically within 3 business days of submitting a Purchase Order/Order Authorization Form and proof of tax-exempt status.
How do I access to my subscription?
You will receive a link via email to create your subscription log-in credentials. The digital magazine is a flippable PDF that you can access via your log-in. It will also be delivered to you by email.
Licensing
Each Library Bright Ideas subscription is for one teacher's use only and cannot be shared between multiple librarians. Schools or districts needing multiple librarians to access the subscription should purchase one subscription per librarian.
